I have paid for at least 5 fitness apps and this one is the most compelling and user friendly of all of them. Two things I particularly love is the timer design that allows you to repeat or pause if necessary and the visual style is great. The second is the ability to put the weights for each rep is easy! The workout designs are sneaky too. They don’t look all that tough but if you do them proper they are incredibly effective. A+++
