Absolutely endless fitness routines with top-notch education on all things health and fitness. The community is phenomenal—people actually talk and engage with you. I’ve tried several other fitness apps where the community felt dead, but here, everyone is active and supportive. If you ever need advice, someone is always ready to help, and even Papa Swolio jumps in with comments. Honestly, this is the best fitness app I’ve ever purchased. All of the programs are phenomenal. I was a diehard P90X fan, but these workouts go above and beyond. Highly recommend, no matter what level you’re at.
I can tell the amount of absolute love poured into this! The design of the UI makes it so even my kids are able to browse through the meal prep with me. I appreciate being able to reference items so effortlessly and as an app, it’s exactly what I need to see on a device that is in front of me everyday. The absolute wealth of information still baffles me. The biggest win on this is the search and calendar feature as well. It is beyond simple to add in what you want to do from all of the workouts. The swole is strong in this one.
After a long anticipated release the app is finally here and it’s fantastic! The calendar feature is by far my favorite thing about the app. You can schedule workouts and recipes for the upcoming days and weeks, making it very easy to stick to your plan. You can also set alarms in the calendar so that you have no excuses for why you didn’t get your workout in, the time is already carved into your schedule. Having all the videos for training, yoga, swole in 7 (you name it) all at your fingertips with an easy search feature to find exactly what you are looking is a game changer. You can even download the videos to watch later. Oh and did I mention if you swipe off to respond to a text or look something else up the app doesn’t stop playing, the audio keeps going in the background!!
