Here’s a cleaner version that puts pressure on them without sounding abusive or like a threat. It makes the issue clear, names the accounts, and gives them an easy path to earn the review update. App is unusable for me right now due to frozen accounts. I contacted Boxbollen support because a battle between my account and a friend’s account crashed. Support first told me to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did, but it did not fix the problem. I also tried creating a new account, but that did not solve it either. When I followed up, I was later told there was a sitewide issue. I waited and followed up again, but both accounts are still frozen and stuck in limbo. From what I can see, other people are still able to battle successfully, so this appears to be affecting specific accounts rather than making the entire app unusable for everyone. I do not want to leave a one-star review, but the app is currently unusable for us, and support has not fixed the issue. Boxbollen, please fix the accounts skotlarok and handball_mike. Once the accounts are working again, I’ll gladly update this review.

This is a great idea, but the product pretty much disintegrates in 4 to 6 weeks at most. I have personally purchased eight of these products because I do the game and the exercise. The app is definitely lacking and there are a lot of glitches – especially this latest update where they are wanting to email each player after every single game if you click no it keeps popping up it with every battle.. With this new extremely annoying feature installed, you are no longer able to confirm anyone’s score. The more recent Boxbollen products I’ve purchased have been more cheaply made than the previous models. This could be such a great game and product if the materials used were of higher quality

There are some issues, like when I click away from the video feed sometimes the audio from the feed is still playing, and sometimes the microphone will count a hit that wasn’t a hit (I exhale when punching so even if I miss it will count sometimes), but overall it’s a pretty great app and versatile. The Get Started saved the product because I thought something was wrong with it till I did that.
