Black Rock Coffee Bar App

I normally have a great time at black rock, great service and kind workers. This time was different. I put in my order online to my location and get there at my pickup time. When I asked for my order 2 minutes past my time they said sorry I picked up orders wrong and so yours will be a few more minutes. After wait for 15 minutes they said sorry your next. Over 7 people had walked in and got their orders before mine by this point. After 20 whole minutes of waiting my mother had to come in and say that we had to leave and to just forget my order because after over 20 minutes they still didn’t have my order and we had places to be. The workers were completely disregarding an order I put in ahead of time because what I believe because I was a minor. Never got my drink and was over all a horrible experience when you get ignored for over 20 minutes resulting in having to leave.

I begging you please store set up location in St. George Utah including all 50 states you are my Top one then Dutch Bro is yuck it! Please make all store set up all 50 state u will get business keep running and make more customers happy ur are Top are my favorite Coffee bar shop! Please please please I beg you set up location also they will love to work with your business at store each location! I love Iced and Blended Caramel Blondir is my best favorite coffee bar since I can’t wait to coming home from Oregon on December 20th ready go stop and by and grab my favorite coffee! I big please create one for our location and other 50 state I will be so happy! Including customer will be happy too! Stay tuned! You are Amazing Black Rock! U are my fans! I used to love BlackRock but the environment and quality has changed a lot in the last 2 years. I noticed this especially after they changed their system and app. I went in to get a free coffee after my app “stamp card” was full. When I went in, the employee told me that they changed their app. That was a little weird but didn’t bug me in the moment so I just downloaded the new app and made my order. I asked if they would convert the points to the new app so I could get the free drink. They “converted” the points and then told me that I would have to get 2 more orders before I get a free one. I immediately showed them the previous app and how it told me that I have a free coffee. The part that hit me the most was not the money or the benefits that I lost. After I showed the employee the issue, they just looked at me with a cold face and said “nope the new app says you need to buy 2 more”. This shows a lack of honesty and integrity from BlackRock overall, not just that, but also the quality of the service. This wasn’t just a one time that the service seemed depleted. It doesn’t feel as friendly anymore like it used to. It’s a bummer for sure.
