No cart, so for multi day events, you must make multiple purchases. Except credit cards see the same amount from the same app, and think it’s a duplicate charge and rejects them. So you also need to charge payment methods. Developers and product managers should be fired.
I bought tickets online. Downloaded the app from an email confirming my purchase. I had no problem logging in or looking at my tickets.
I downloaded the app after I had already bought tickets on my computer, but I am unable to log in or see those tickets in the app because the buttons to do so are non-responsive. Buying tickets with the app seemed like it might work, but I only went as far as the payment page since I had already purchased them. Perhaps the computer-to-app transfer is part of the problem, but it’s still a problem.
