The fact that I can’t set a default theater is ridiculous. Already bought tickets at the wrong theater once because I backed out to select a different time and assumed it was at the same theater but turned out it wasn’t. Called the theater multiple times to get a refund prior to the movie start time but got no answer. I did get a response a couple days later after submitting a complaint via the app. Also, makes no sense why rewards for tickets can’t be redeemed in app and must be done in person. So if I want to reserve tickets using my rewards in advance, I have to drive to the theater to do so? Call me lazy but I’m really looking at the waste of gas. Fix those two things and it’d be a 5-star app in my opinion.

I am using an iPhone 12 with the latest version of IOS and the most recent version of this app. After one day of use, it cannot pull data to show movies and theaters and simply says no showtimes, and when I go to sign in, it instantly says that something went wrong and to try again. I have tried this with WiFi and cellular data with the same non-working result. I really want to use this app to earn/redeem points, but this is in an unworkable state. I hope the developers fix this soon.

This app used to be ok, you could buy tickets and see your points. In the last update they deleted all points previously earned and made the app terrible. Once you pick a theater, you can no longer open the menu because of the place they put the menu up too high. You either have to pick a movie or force quit the app. If you want to look at movie times for a different movie, you have to force quit the app.
