I understand they want to make the app secure but giving only 15 seconds to enter the passcode that goes to the email and the 15 seconds countdown starts immediately while receiving the email itself takes maybe five or seven seconds then it won’t copy so I have to memorize it or I have to enter it, which is impossible to do in 15 seconds and it takes around 10 minutes to login because I have to repeat the process tens of times And the passkey will not work. I have to do this process over and over even though I say remember this device, it will not.

I am a new member of BCBS as of January 1, 2023 & called the help line for assistance in getting my account set up. Chris was the one that answered the phone & guided me through each step. He was so patient & helpful, and answered all my questions. Thank you Chris from Texas & Blue Cross for proving such excellent customer service!

The app is really not bad as I’ve heard from others easy to navigate and has pertinent information you may need, the only thing I would improve is the claims tab. It’s a very generic claim tab, I would like to know specific information as to what that “claim” covers, I’ve had many appointments lately and it’s hard to keep up which is which. An “expansion” window may be suitable for this tab. -Al
