Great app and peace of mind.

This app has so much potential but of course BCBS ND still can’t get it right. Claims take 4 weeks to show up in the app. So I can get a paper EOB quicker than on this app. You can’t view your actual insurance card(front and back) or order a new one. And of course anything Dental or pharmacy you are directed to a completely different website. Every other provider can seem to make a decent app. It’s 2025. Make it make sense!

Hopefully this will be a very helpful app (and website) in the future, but right now it’s one of the worst I’ve used as far as glitches and speed. Anywhere I try to go on the app or website takes FOREVER, and often when it DOES go somewhere, there’s an error or it kicks me back to the login screen. Very frustrating at this point (considering they say you can still use the old site but there’s an error when you try) but I still have it 3 stars right now for potential.
