The best way to figure out which online casinos are actually reputable, ethical, and respectable companies or just money hungry pigs is to contact the support of whichever business, let them know of some sort of small issue, and see which ones will actually resolve it (my point is proved a lot more when it’s a problem involving money that they would need to pay out) great example, I had issues in the past with both Bally and PrizePicks new user sign up bonuses, did identical things to try to resolve both issues and the difference…. PrizePicks would not lift a figure not even offer to assist or compensate me in anyway for their apps mistake, which ended up causing me to not end up getting the sign up bonuses of 50$. Basically instead of fixing a problem there system caused, they basically tricked me into depsiting and betting 10$ with the false expectation of receiving 50$ in bonus bet money for completing the directions. Instead I only received 10$ bonus dollar, and customer support basically said they won’t help me or do anything. You know what Bally did though, they did everything possible to fix the issue or at least at the minimum throw me a small gift for not getting the bonus I should’ve received. Bally is head and shoulders so much better than PrizePicks. Do not spend your money on a company that thinks they are too big and important to resolve simple customer issues especially revolving money

So now it’s been well over a week with no response or anything. I was told like a week and a half ago that my issue was being passed on to someone else or a different section to deal with the issue and they would get back to me through email. I never even received any email saying that my issue was being looked at. When you try to chat with someone you have to wait forever and most of the time you don’t even get to talk to someone. And then you guys respond to my review and tell me everything that I already did and then make it sound like it’s my fault that I can’t get through to someone because of the time I try. Maybe hire more people or have more people working during those times. All any of them do is tell you to uninstall and reinstall the app and clear the cache and then they say they can’t help you and it’s getting pushed to a different section. I don’t know why they’re even there. Just make the people that can solve the issues answer the chat and cut out the middle man. For the past 4 days I’ve been trying to log in and it keeps saying that I’m not located in Pennsylvania. I’m sitting in the same place I have been sitting in and playing almost every single day for a couple of years now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache made sure that my phone is up to date and still nothing. I have tried the support chat feature for the last couple days and I can never get through to a real person. I feel like I should be given some kind of courtesy bonus if they ever care enough to try and help me get back into my account.

I joined the app a week and a half ago. I deposited $40 and had nothing but problems with app. The games would just stop and an error would appear. After several attempts I decided to give up and withdraw my funds. The site sent me an email that my withdrawal was being processed. I then immediately got another email that my account was closed not due to my request? I week later I got an email that unfortunately they could not issue my refund for reasons unknown. But that they kindly put my refund back into my Ballys account. I sent several emails stating that my account was closed with out my consent and I was unable to log on to access my funds. I have yet to hear back from their “Support Team” what a joke! I reminded them that taking money, withholding money and not allowing access to someone’s money is illegal. Didn’t seem to faze them at all. So in the mean time I have lodged a complaint with the Gaming Commission and the BBB. So be aware before using the pitiful app that you may have your money stolen with no response or help!!!
