I have used the app for about a year and had no complaints. About 3 weeks ago it logged me out and won’t let me log back in. I reset password and it still won’t let me login. I tried to make a new account and it says it already exists.

Awful experience with this app. I’m using an iPhone and can’t connect the device to the app. The problem is that when I go to the device tab I get what I would describe as a display issue where “view pairing guidelines” displays on top of the screen I need to “add a device” in the same way a pop window might obscure your browser. No matter what I do all I can click on is “view pairing guidelines” …and it brings me to a screen displaying the glucometer and freezes. I can’t click on anything nor back out of this screen. I have no choice but to restart the app. I’ve tried getting assistance from AI and nothing works. If your app is this bad you should have a little pride in what you do and maybe throw a little money into correcting the issue… or don’t promote the app as a feature at all. It shouldn’t be so difficult to accomplish such a simple task.

Multiple times since I’ve owned the device over the last few months the app has stopped working. Turns out it stops working completely when they do some type of sever maintenance or update. Maintenance is fine, but for something I need to save my cat’s life you could at least give us a warning ahead of time
