Bad because when I signed up and I selected target areas or muscle groups work, the app decided for me which muscle groups to use as my target area not the ones I selected. Why ask me then if you’re just gonna decide for me? And I do not know how to change it. I don’t think it’s possible. Also, every time you click on something, it’s wants you to upgrade to a premium account. It just wants your money. That’s as annoying as ads.! I would NOT recommend.
Is there a way where I can change certain workouts and replace them with other options? Is it possible to update the app so that when the rest timer starts it stays counting even If I open another app while waiting for the countdown? A great feature would be a mini timer that shows up in the island on iPhones. Also, If there was an option to contact customer support, I would have emailed them instead of writing here. Thanks and keep the great work up.
I think it would be better if the app clearly stated upfront that a subscription is required for most features, rather than allowing users to download it first and then constantly encounter paywalls. What I find especially frustrating is that the payment screen pops up almost every time I try to scroll or explore the app. It becomes very distracting and takes away from the user experience. Positive: The app itself is beautifully designed. I really like the layout, interface, and overall user experience. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design. Suggestion: I would recommend adding the option to choose your preferred workout style (dumbbells only, gym machines, or bodyweight only) during the initial setup process, especially while the app is creating a personalized fitness plan. This would help ensure the workout program is better tailored to each user’s available equipment and preferences. Also since the app does not have much traction as yet try making most things free and when it does gain traction start charging.
