this is a great app. I hope you add one feature, which is the ability to set timers for HIIT workouts. For example, it would be great to create a workout with 5 min of warm up in Zone 1, then 10x 30 second Zone 3 intervals with 30 seconds of rest, then 8x 1 min Zone 2 intervals with 30 seconds of rest, then 5 min cool down in Zone 1. Each of these would be a countdown timer so a user could create their custom HIIT workout and just follow along. They would know automatically what to do for how long and how much is remaining in the workout. Thanks.
After trying several other similar apps (apple’s workout app, zones, etc..) I was so happy to find this one. Out of everything I’ve tried, works the best at giving a consistent live heart rate reading without timing out, without synch issues, etc. Love being able to see it live on my phone. But the best feature by far is its total simplicity in function and interface design. I really hope the developers keep it this way and don’t get tempted to add a bunch of distracting / annoying bells and whistles. This is really all it needs.
Finally, an application that is not only free to use for your workouts, works seamlessly with the Apple Watch Ultra, but actually is easy to read and even easier to use. Once installed, simply open the app on your iPhone, then launch it on your watch and select the type of workout that’s it. The clock starts taking your heart rate is transferred over and your calories burned, etc. are shown on the screen in a large easy to read format, it leaves your screen on and does not go to sleep and I know people will ask that question because that is important when you’re tracking your heart rate in real time. I will certainly be making a donation to this developer, and I wish them the best of luck, and nothing but great success.
Prop your iPhone on the treadmill, bike or rower and read your Apple Watch heart rate from across the room. Huge numbers, color-coded zones, and a scr...
