Your issues with internet connection is a joke. You pick and choose when I have internet connection issues. If I had Internet connection issues I would not be able to play your game nor would I be able to get all the advertisements. I think you pick and choose that once people get to a certain level. In the last three weeks I have had problems with my so-called Internet connection and I have never had these issues since I started playing your game. And then I will get on here one day and no problems at all. Maybe you should just tell people once we get at a certain level of the game you’re going to give them Internet issues so they cannot collect the bonuses.

I have been playing this game for about six months now. For me it is a very addictive game and I absolutely love it. In the weekly game I have won every week I’ve played except one and that week I just felt bad because I was winning every week. I thought I’d let somebody else win but really that’s not the point of the game. You play your best and if you win, you win, if you don’t play your best you lose. I’ve got over 96,600 points and I’m afraid when I get to 99,999 that it won’t go into 100,000. I don’t know...and I have over 18,000 coins in my ‘bank’. (10,000 of which I bought but the rest I’ve earned!)I am a retired great grandma and have the time to play as much as I want which may be an unfair advantage for me. I’ve said all that to ask the makers of the game “can I keep playing after I reach 99,999 points? If not do I start all over again keeping my coins?” As I said this game is very addicting if you like words-as much as I do. So think twice before you download this game and start enjoying it because you will want to play it 24/7!!

I absolutely loved this game. I’ve played it avidly for a year or so and loved the challenge games. As you notice, I said past tense loved and played. I just finished the last level and have no where to go. I can’t even play the challenge games. I ran into trouble when upgrading my iPhone. This game did not transfer over well at all. I lost my progress and score. I contacted support and they did get back to me and were able to restore my progress but not my score. Part of this issue was that I do not use Facebook to play this game. The puzzles are great and an easy challenge. I’ve enjoyed many coffee cups of letters. Just sad there are no more levels.
