i've been playing this game for a really long time. Lately, there are ads that will not close and you have to force close the game. This is very frustrating, especially when playing the rewards game. It does no good to report them to support. They don't do anything about it. I am about ready to just give it up. It isn't worth the aggravation! ============================================ Your response to me was, and I quote: "We'd like to get this fixed right away, however, we need more details. After force closing your app, please submit an in-game message via Settings » Support » Contact Us. In that message so that our team can get the info needed to more accurately assist you! We hope to hear from you soon!" ============================================ Gaslight much? I stated 'there are ads that will not close and you have to force close the game'. It would be safe to assume that force closing the app had been done!!! Add to that, 'It does no good to report them to support' could mean that a REPORT WAS MADE and you respond you need more details. What? Screen shots and filing a complaint via your in-game message portal isn't good enough? What would be better would be MOBILITYWARE monitor and notify their advertisers their time limits are abusive OR, MOBILITYWARE remove the statement that you can close ads after 5 seconds.
I love this game, however I was just given a very insulting title as I work my way up. Sharp tongued savant in not very inviting for a description for someone of Peace who has studied words and definitions all their life! The original definition of savant is learned, knowledgeable and intelligent however in today’s society it doesn’t quite carry the same meaning, such as idiot savant, on who has a special gift or talent but usually has a low IQ. How would you know if I have a sharp tongue? I’m a peaceful person who studied words since I was four years old and I have a high IQ and I’m a poet and writer who used words in what I do. But that doesn’t mean I have a sharp tongue, someone who’s words are acidic. How would you know how I speak because I can solve word puzzles? I am actually quite offended by some of your titles. I was raised “ if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all “, however I have the right to my own opinions but I don’t appreciate the judgment of your app. If you can’t be kind, leave the titles out and just leave us our ranking. Not that it’s important but you should never offend your players by using judgment because of our scores. As much as I enjoy your game, it leaves a sour taste. It’s especially offensive to me as a Christian who believes in kindness and not offending God or others with words. It goes against God. I can’t help that I have a talent for words, I love the vernacular of the English language and I was required to study the dictionary and thesaurus since I was four years old and to my way of thinking that’s a gift and I express mostly words of love. How can you judge that I have a sharp tongue? The tongue is the strongest muscle in the body because it’s strong enough to break bones and do a great deal of damage and should be used wisely and with kindness otherwise you need to ask for forgiveness. Once a word is spoken, it can never be taken back. You can apologize forever but the memory and pain never goes away, even though it’s forgiven. Be more careful with your own words in this app.
Like other reviewers, I’ve played a lot of similar formatted word games, but Mobilityware gets it right, at least for my ‘older’ tastes. I don’t have to endure 100 tedious, repetitive, elementary levels before being challenged. I went to the challenge level and not once have I wondered what weird ‘English’ dictionary the developer was using to come up with words. Mobilityware does their card games right. And this word game follows their same respect for your intelligence. If you don’t like the sounds/ music, turn them off and play your own. Don’t like ads? Ah, well, we can’t always get what we want. Do the same as ads on tv, get up and walk around. Besides, some of my ads are local, which occasional have been helpful. I deleted all my other word games. Thanks Mobilityware!
