I don’t understand how customer ineptitude leads to a poor review directed at a company. My 71 year old father installed and connected these cameras by himself while I was hospitalized — i.e. he had no help from me, the tech savvy one. I fired the app up once I was able to gain access to everything, and I found the process to be very streamlined and, quite frankly, easy. Once connected to the camera system via WiFi (I tapped the WiFi icon on the review mirror screen, connected to it via my WiFi connection settings on my phone with the provided password), I opened up the app and boom — I could easily view TONS of recorded video, which could be downloaded and saved to my phone in seconds. I downloaded the app and repeated the process on my Dad’s phone — everything worked just as expected like it did my first go-around. Again, I don’t know why the company is receive harsh feedback via the App Store’s reviews section, when it seems almost each and every issue is user-based. I’ve experienced no freezing or lag, like others have mentioned, and connection was a breeze. On the extremely off chance I was just lucky, I’ll take my wins where I can get them. Thanks, Wolfbox 🙂

I'm really enjoying the app overall, but I've hit a couple of snags. First off, sometimes I can download videos, but then I can't save them to my camera roll, which is a bummer. The bigger issue, though, is with the urgent folder. It's not the same as the locked videos, and I can't view the videos I've locked from my dashcam within the app. I can only see them on the dashcam itself, which kind of defeats the purpose of locking them in the first place.

I left a one star review before due to new app and wifi connection issues, but it works now, I requested the latest update from wolf, follow the instructions and it didn’t connect so i thought on going airplane mode (iPhone 15 pro max) and connected quickly now i can connect and check vids and don’t need to go airplane mode again. It was just for the first step, now it working correctly. i hope this helps anyone. Update cams with sd card 👉🏽redownload app 👉🏽 airplane mode👉🏽 connect wifi and enjoy👍🏽
