Purchased the equipment 24-hrs ago, attempted to connect via Wi-Fi and continuously receive the "connection failed" error message. Tried connecting via Carplay - same error message. Will give it 2 more attempts before returning the equipment and deleting the app. Also, I reached out to customer service via email as suggested - no response all day.

I’m trying to access the footage from my camera after a break-in and even though I connect to the Wi-Fi in the camera, it does not allow me to view the data and it keeps telling me to connect to the Wi-Fi. I have checked about 20 times at this point, and it is still not letting me access the data.

All my cameras connected to the same app.I download which video I want and it’s in the same app which is really easy to use.
