So far i do like the cameras quality and how it records but when trying to “view” the cameras position on the app it just keeps loading. Then when I would like to find or watch a certain video, it keeps buffering over and over with out the chance of viewing the video WITHOUT having to download each and every video to view/find the clip I want to playback… unless its fixed I would leave between 3-3.5 stars since installation, quality, gps and video quality is good. Would’ve made installation a bit easier if I could actually see the preview on my phone before clipping it into position.

This new app is the suggested app to use with my REDTIGER F4 Pro cam. The QR code in the documentation takes you to this app. No matter what I tried, the live view did not work. All other features seem functional. After about 45 minutes of troubleshooting, on a whim I installed the older REDTIGER app. The one with much better reviews. BAM! Instant live view. Everything working. I went back to the new app. Same, no live view. I deleted this new app and will use the old app instead until the new app is fixed.

For me as a novice, it is very easy to use. I can connect to my Dash Cam step by step according to the guidance and interact with it in some easy-to-use ways. It is very convenient to set up my Dash Cam. I hope it gets better and better.
