Bought the F7NP; however, this app only lets you view recorded videos. Live stream does not load. Have to use the older & outdated app “REDTIGER” to view live video. Contacted support and got an automated email saying they’ll replace the camera. This is not the solution. The camera works, they need to fix the app.

If you have a REDTIGER return it immediately. The old app doesn’t work which was the best. I have 4 cameras and I like them a lot. The old app made it so easy to pull up video feed and down load it to your app. Apparently that app is no longer available to new users. If you downloaded the app before the switch you’re good. Not sure if it’s the same company but this apps makes it pointless to own the cameras.

I recently bought the redtiger F4 dash cam. When I opened the previous app to set everything up I was told to download this one. I did and thank god I didnt delete the other one. This "app" 🙄 DOES NOT WORK. It just says connecting and doesnt play any footage. Remove this from the app store and bring back the other one.
