While I understand that the company had an expectation that the introductory fee would nearly triple after the first month, I did not understand that, and was charged at the higher rate. The first charge was sent to my bank with an unfamiliar name (not Wisey) and I contested the charge with my bank. That has not yet been resolve. The second charge arrived with the Wisey name, and I immediately contacted the customer service to have the charge reversed due to the fact that I was unaware that I was still subscribed. If the charge were smaller, I could see letting it go, but it totals almost $100.n I feel the company is being dishonest when their charges come without the name of the app I "purchased.," making it very difficult to identify what I am being charged for. I have sent a complaint to Apple and will report this behavior and scammy at best. I would never advise anyone to work with any app supplied by this company (Koflimin Limited).
So far I like the app. It keeps me accountable but also gives me tools that are helping me build good habits. There were some billing issues but it was cleared up right away. A lot of people have spoken about the company having very poor customer service, but on the contrary, I have found them quite responsive and helpful. I will be keeping an eye on how much I’m being charged since others seem to have had an issue with that. Time will tell…
I signed up for this app to explore it, and came to the realization it wasn’t for me. I then emailed to ensure this was cancelled, but they stated they couldn’t find me with the email address I used (it was Apple Pay so I used Apple email). I wasn’t sure which email I used, and asked to cancel based on my name. Smart on their end, even with the app they don’t show up in your subscriptions so it’s harder to cancel. Two months later, I’m charged $99 for auto renewal. I immediately email again (within 10 minutes of the charge) asking for a refund. I’m then told we will not charge you anymore through the end of your current period BS, but we cannot refund you. I’ll handle this with my CC company, but wanted to make sure others who have tried this don’t have the same issue.
