Tried to use this for several weeks, but found it did not cater to the statistics I was really looking to track and the experiments were poorly designed for implementation and conduction. I deleted the app when I had finished with trying for a month or two as there was no obvious way to close the account or end the subscription. However, this did not terminate my account and I continued to be billed for several months without being shown this subscription under my other Apple subscriptions and so I later found multiple charges that had continued after deleting the app. I tried reaching out to customer service and they flatly refused the request. Just seems a little unethical and stingy.

I bought a 6-month subscription for the app and immediately knew it wasn’t for me. Thinking this would be the end of it, I deleted the app thinking the payment would lapse and be over. I had email notifications turned on in case I received any updates regarding subscriptions needing to be canceled or of any charges that would occur.
I received no notifications whatsoever explaining that the 6-month subscription would continue, and no notice of payment. By the way, I found I’m during this process that there is no easy way to unsubscribe on the platform. You MUST email them to unsubscribe. An a product designer, this is clearly a deliberate way to create a long road to remove your payment. Once I contacted customer support, they would deny a refund saying that the product was adequately delivered, but disregard the lack of transparency of the delivery notice and inconvenience of unsubscribing.

I signed up for a 3 month sub. I tried it out, it was just ok. The real issue is that they auto-renewed my membership without my consent and I couldn’t figure out how to cancel, so I reached out to support. Support was not only unhelpful, but refused to give me my money back when I noticed I was charged again (even though the charge has not been processed yet and I caught it a day early). Even though I told them I’m glad I caught it in time as I’m going through financial hardship currently, they refused to give me back my $53... Is your app really suffering SO BAD that you can’t refund one person for a charge they didn’t want? So, I ultimately disputed the charge with my bank and will not be using this app in the future. I feel their business model has zero benefit for the customer and that’s awful considering it’s a mental health application.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
Prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.
