When we first moved back to the U.S., I found Williams Sonoma bags hidden throughout my kitchen cabinets in our new home. My husband had secretly bought me my favorites: a new Pro KitchenAid, Cuisinart, Breville sear & press grill, the works! Our Boise shop even knew him by first name! Now I go there to admire and shop or peruse online. Everyone at our shop is so friendly and helpful. It’s one of my happy places! I have to mention NYC shop’s wall of colorful KitchenAids; it’s a thing of beauty!! Yep, I’m a little obsessed; W&S is the place to go for quality, variety, and inspiration!

I made the mistake of having a registry at Williams-Sonoma. Not only when you go in the store. Is everyone unaware or completely unhelpful and I have no idea even how to do anything for the registry but then I’m troubled with my wedding guest calling me with concerns over their gifts That they have got me from the registry I had to go into Williams Sonoma to get a gift card from a return to make a purchase on the app on my own registry and in case you didn’t know, I am the bride once I put in all my information. I’ve used my iPad and iPhone and they both say that there’s a system error on top of that I went to buy something on my registry and they had no idea how to make it show up as purchased on my registry so I ended up having to delete it off my registry, even though I wanted it to say purchase this is just so sad because I thought William Sonoma was a top-tier cooking brand. I wish I just took to my gut and only registered it through Bloomingdale’s take my advice this app is useless, and the people in the store are even more useless

Your WE Recipes app stopped working while I was in the middle of (!) cooking party dinner last Saturday and it is still broken even now! It first displayed I’m not subscribed (?!which is wrong), then just started popping up message that “Sorry something went wrong” and it’s been like this for a week now. This happens very often and it is nerve wrecking - completely intolerable! I’ve been uninstalling and installing it nonstop and clearing cache with cookies, reporting phone etc. Nothing works, no information available ! Most unreliable application I’ve ever seen. Your customer service never have any idea why it’s broken or when it will be fixed, and one of them even said it is not even your app (“it’s Apple Store own app”). So pretty much clueless agent, and my incredible waste of time staying on the Cust service helpline for entire hour each time. I’m exhausted! Make this app free as its not reliable at all , fix it for his sakes , provide tech information on issues and fix ETAs. Poor show William Sonoma, very disappointed .
