Perigold

Consistently when I’m looking at products, there are not enough images, product details don’t give a full description of the product, often the imagery is confusing to what you’re purchasing and the description doesn’t really help with describing what the items is. For example, the image of six pillows you have no idea which pillow you’re actually ordering. Considering most of the items I would say are luxury brands with luxury prices it would help and would be expected to have a bit more information with best in class data if you’re going to be investing your money.

I live in the mountains and needed to furnish a three bedroom house from bare floor up. Did I mention that this was in the middle of the pandemic? I used several online companies and have to say that Perigold was most helpful. Obviously, delivery was difficult ( narrow, curvy roads) but Perigold’s local delivery service was excellent! I can only say that the customer service saved my life with their kindness and understanding. This is definitely a company you will want to have in your “decorating” corner!

Over the past couple of months, I have placed several orders with Perigold. The process has been seamless. In one case, I decided I had ordered the wrong size of a particular plate. The return was effortless and the replacement/new order came within the timeframe they listed. I strongly recommend working with Perigold. They do a good job.
