Bad, you guys network is recently bad now. And I’m still in tier 2 despite the fact that I have upgraded my account. And I can’t even change my profile picture to something finer. And that only is already giving me headache and change of mind using this bank😡

I use the VULTe by Polaris Bank app as my primary salary account platform, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating. Almost every month when my salary is credited, I face issues accessing my funds. Either I’m unable to log in at all, or the app develops one problem or another. This defeats the whole purpose of having a reliable banking app. My most recent experience was particularly annoying—the app logged me out unexpectedly, and when I tried to log back in, it kept showing an “invalid client” error. This left me completely locked out of my account at a critical time when I needed access to my money. A banking app should provide reliability, especially during key moments like salary payments. Sadly, this has not been the case for me. These recurring issues make it difficult to trust the platform. I strongly hope Polaris Bank addresses these technical problems and improves the app’s stability, because right now, the user experience is far from satisfactory.

Your mobile app is so annoying, even when the daily limit is 1m you can make a transfer of a million even 500k twice, the hard token you guys are requesting for it’s not available in your branches after withdrawing my money here I will never put any money in this account again
