Good day, I use an iPhone 13 - iOS version (16.5) The app is good in general but I think there is a big room for improvement. These are my suggestions: 1. When sending money, one should be able to search for the beneficiary bank instead of scrolling all the way. For example, if I am sending funds to a zenith account I have to scroll all the way to the letter “Z”. This can be strenuous at times and is not ideal, considering almost every other banking app has this option - (To search for the beneficiary bank name) when sending funds. 2. Most times when I received funds I am unable to see the full description/note written by the sender on the receipt, Bank statement, email notification or even text notification. It’s almost like there isn’t enough space on neither of these platforms to fit in all the characters. Please this is a very big problem as it prevents us from knowing what exactly funds sent to us are meant for. Kindly do something about these to make the experience on this app much better for the customers. Regards

Hello my name is Fashina shedrack tunde. I sent a payment 5thousand naira to a first bank few months ago it was error my beneficiary I sent the money to go and complain about the payment in first bank but they did not see any traces of a transaction like that on his account. And recently it two times now I try to subscribe for data plan I got debited it was recently,the other was three days ago 2.5 #500niara mtn subscription I did not see the subscription on my data balance it two times for that now I think I will need to go for another bank if you don’t make changes and refund all my money!! Please
