I enjoy using sterling bank a lot and I have been using it for years now it works perfectly create but you should make some upgrades make the app more easier like the aspects of saving on the app apart from the wallet like a savings box option etc that you can add money whereby you save and not like the wallet you can add money and still have access to take it at same time

You are improving but your app is poorly programmed in some particular sections. I commend you for including a new feature which makes it possible for one to submit a dispute per transaction. This has been a feature in my union bank mobile app for years but I was happy the moment I saw it in your app. Now the major issue I’m having with your app is that this per transaction dispute feature is buggy! The keyboard is buggy in that section. The dispute says that one can’t submit and empty dispute without details…but then when a user taps on the field to bring up the keyboard to type, after typing the details of the dispute, There is no way to return the keyboard or exit it. It ends obstructing the submit button below. This unfortunately renders the dispute section useless because you can’t submit the dispute details after typing and you can’t also submit an empty dispute which actually shows the submit button when you have not tapped the empty field to bring up the keyboard to type. I hope you understand my explanation. I look forward to fixes regarding this in your upcoming updates. Stay safe!

This app is programmed ti steal from you and wipe out any proof. This has happened to me more than once. I tried 3 transactions of N2500, N2700 N5,000 and N10,000 to my account at Opay, and all 3 transactions failed. I took screenshots of the transactions and their session ID, so i can forward same to sterling bank for effective resolution. They successfully reversed the first 3 ( N2500, N5000 and N2700), but claimed “THEY CANT FIND THE N10,000”. Seems funny that they COULD NOT FIND THE TRANSACTION. BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING AT THE TRANSACTION FROM MY APP. I decided to screenshot it and do same from the statemnt on the app. I insisted that the CS rep check properly. She said she would call back. 24 hours later , nothing, so i decided to bombard them with countless emails. Each time they respond with “ CASE RESOLVED” but no reversal of said funds and account balance still same. After 48 hours, i get a call quite early from sterling. They claim to want to resolve the issue, but CANT FIND THIS TRANSACTION. I went back to the app, THIS TIME THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN REMOVED. I CANT FIND ANY TRACE OF IT ON THE STATEMENT OR THE APP. IT WAS SURGICALLY REMOVED. This was intentional and PEOPLE SHOULD STAY OFF . THE APP OR THE BANK IS ROBBING PEOPLE AND HIDING IT. This app obviously has a bug and the bank DOESNT UNDERSTAND OR KNOW WHAT TO DO. Quite possibly the developers of the app or the bank itself are responsible. NOW THEY WANT ME TO FORFEIT N 10,000 THAT FAILED BECAUSE OF THEIR BANK DOWNTIME. Now its seeming like the supposed Downtime was INTENTIONAL. Either by the developers of Sterling bank or by the staff itself. Quite brilliant, STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS AND COVER ALL TRACES. They did not even ask themselves the question “ how did those screenshots for the purported transactions generate session IDs that they cant trace.”
