The app started to crash or close as soon as I open the app. And it couldn’t of happen at the worst possible moment. I need to see if my nieces ex-husband was here at my property, but I can’t even open the app. The cameras are great for night vision recording. Much clearer than Blinks night vision that’s so limited. Without me getting access to my videos that I can’t even access on my laptop either because the videos don’t show up when I put the memory card in laptop also. I hate I can’t just take the memory card out of camera and use my laptop to see the videos. That coward of a man should be getting arrested by now if he did show up last night since he is not to be near as by order of a court. I don’t like it when I would get signed out, but I didn’t worry about it as long as the cameras were working. I knew I’d be signed back in by next day. Please fix, it’s so hard to find a camera with this good of a night vision quality.

So, buy the camera and told there is a place for a SD card, and there is - but when it never works (no matter how many NEW ones you insert) what’s the point. I gave 2 stars because I have a camera that I can watch live, you know, the things I can watch w/o the camera…I wanted to see what was happening when I’m not here, but that requires actual recording onto SD card. See, it works when I first put it in, up until I close the app, and it picks up here and there. So I know it’s not due to the normal response I get (everything updated, SD card good/new, turn it off and back on < my fav). There’s a cpl conclusions I came to - 1) the app isn’t properly designed and/or updated 2) it’s a greedy way of getting us frustrated so we just buy their cloud - add the fact that the “program” that HAS to be used to see what was recorded isn’t even clickable, much less downloadable, so unusable! Again, creating that frustration! But see, it is returnable!

The app it’s all about the app. App continuing to log me off please fix and before camera screen stayed on now with new software-update screen locks my app within a minute have to keep refreshing remove ads please... put the ads in the main intro page or have the app revert to the product tab each time we login I understand it’s a business but the app needs to be fixed login cont. etc. because now it’s embedded please either create two apps or give us the options to turn features on off. Also it would be cool if we could turn on or off a button on the app say “no motion while home button” and a night time motion button as well that way when we connected to WiFi at home or it geo locating us close to home will not continue to send motion alerts while I’m at home. Overall camera work great please fix this app (the app can solidify Vimtag as the go to home camera suite or it can break you) this is what users use daily to for security etc. purposes it needs to designed practically. Like around daily uses. I liked the app they way it was although it was very reliable needs extras. Thank you for listening. God Bless you, Amen.
