Did something change a couple of weeks ago? I monitor 9 cameras on my ipad. I used to be able to change camera positions on my screen by putting my finger on an image and then dragging it to another position. Now I can only do that by holding my cursor on an image and dragging it to a different position. Also in the past all my images stayed on the screen unless I closed the LTS App. Now the App closes after a while by itself, and then when I open the App none of the images are in the same place as they were when it closed. I hope this can be resolved soon if it’s related to some changes that happened recently.

I cannot get playback to stop at a particular time. When I scroll the playback ribbon and get to a time I want to view, I let go and the playback ribbon snaps to a different time. I try several times to stop at a particular time and it just will not stay on that time. It could snap to an hour or more earlier even if there are many video clips in between. This is why I gave only 3 stars. I would also like the ability to fast forward through the playback timeline, rather than keep trying to stop where I think I want to watch only to find out I went past it or too early. Fast forward at maybe double time or triple time would give me the ability to watch until I see what I’m looking for. If you could solve both issues I could change my rating to 5 stars.

I am a technican who works with LTS connect and LTS products daily. If your device stopped working after the update their are a few things you can try: 1) Go to the “settings” of your iPhone and scroll down to the “LTS Connect” app in the alphabetical list of all your apps. 2) Make sure that the setting “Local Network” is turned ON if it is not you have not given the app access to devices on your local network and you will not be able to see your camera. **If you have already tried the above step and the camera still says “offline”uninstall the LTS connect app and re-download it. BUT BEFORE YOU DELETE APP Follow these Steps: ** Select the “more” setting at the bottom right of your app and write down your phone number or email you made your PT Cloud account with. Most cameras will only allow a device to be linked to one PT cloud account, it is EXTREMELY important you log back in LTS connect using the SAME EXACT credentials as you used when you added your device to the app. I hope this helps the last reviewer who could not get device online.😊
