Although I did receive the holiday bonus and I’m grateful for them, I still lost the previous $500,000 credits that I had originally wondered about. I did upgrade the 1 stat to a 3 star but still feel shorted because of the previous loss of credits. I am really more concerned as to how I lost them since I didn’t play them off as I don’t want to lose them again. Thanks Somehow I lost over $450,000 last night and I don’t know what happened to them. When I quit playing last night I had about $475,000 and this morning when I started to play, I have only $18,000 I have emailed them about the loss and is of now I have gotten no reply. This is extremely upsetting to just have credits taken away. I’m very disappointed. Update; They claim to have answered my request but I cannot find it. I have looked in every folder in my mail, even junk. I’m still very upset with this whole process. I have Contacted the actual manufacturer as well and still waiting for answer from them. UPDATE. sounds like a great plan. Thanks for your help. I know they were free credits but it is a lot of my day these days. Thanks

Twice now I have been able to play my bank up to the thousands. Months ago I thought I was crazy when I saw my chip balance drop by thousands in front of my eyes when I opened the app. It happened again this last week. I literally opened the game, had a balance of $6200 or so and it changed to $3200 in front of my eyes. I emailed the game to notify them of this issue and got a BS response about how they won’t do a thing. I know for a fact that there is a glitch that takes away your chip balance if it gets too high. And no I didn’t play and lose it and just trying to get more chips. It’s just a game, but this is just silly. Hence the 1 star review
