Suggestions: allow contactless delivery where id is picked up from a cart which we use for deliveries. This is what Drizly does and it is seamless and more efficient as well as being contactless. And also sync the twin liquors app with the doordash tracking web page so doordash knows you have already tipped through the Twin Liquors app. Seeing “tip your runner” on doordash tracking page makes it look like the original tip through Twin Liquors didn’t go through. Third one: Not obvious to see the original order later with all the numbers. So far, just photos of products you order appear for previous orders. Or that one may be operator error.

I suppose it’s cool that a liquor store has it’s own app. However, I hoped to see it perform with greater functionality and with a more instinctive flow. Certain things that I know are sold do not show up in the inventory. Also super weird and inconvenient that you have to pick a store before you can search. I understand the need to do so if you’re placing an order, but to browse, it seems like picking an item AND THEN being told where to grab it is easier than trying to locate the same item 10+ times at 10+ different stores. I could go on and on about its shortcomings, but I feel like “adequate” is as good as we will get. Again, it’s a liquor store app, not a dating site or a hip social media app.

Due to the coronavirus we decided to place an order for pick up for the first time ever. We placed our order on Monday with a pick up on Tuesday. We also had several calls with the staff to clarify our order. The staff was very informative and helpful. We asked if we could simply call them when we arrived so they could bring our orders to us outside and they gracious agreed. On our arrival we pulled up, called them and our order was placed in the rear of our SUV with no delay or fuss. Thank you to Twin Liquor for your great customer service and kindness.
