I had my first child three months ago. I’m 26 years old. My husband and I are studying for our bachelors.. therefore we don’t have a lot of money We put our trust in this product and we regret it so much. We thought “you get what you pay” and we ended up throwing 300 dollars in the trash. These products are meant to make moms’ life easier, but it does the exact opposite.. first off, is extremely painful, second you are going to end up wasting milk because the ridiculous square form of the bottle does not let you get all the milk out of it. When I complained about this, they told me to buy an syringe, I told them I that wouldn’t, because when a product is 300 dollars I expect it to work almost perfect, I’m not going to waste another single penny on this horrible product. Third, just like you can’t pour all the milk out, you can’t wash them properly, water will get stuck and when you are pumping, water is going to be mixed with your milk, giving water to a baby specially a new born could be dangerous. And you can’t even return the product because once is open, you can’t give it back. If I can go back to the day I bought this awful product and not get it i would be the happiest person. But now I just have to deal with the fact that I trusted this product and it absolutely disappointed me. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, ITS TRASH.

I’m not a fan. I looked up how to work the app on you tube and the app isn’t working properly and I can’t do much of anything like the person can do on you tube. I was really hoping this was going to be a great product. At least I can pump, but was really hoping for more quality. I’ve been using momcozy for the last 8 months. So far momcozy was the better option.

I wanted to get my feed back. I’m 3 weeks postpartum. I’ve been using the hands free in bra wearable pumps, just a few things. The pumps are heavy. You have to wash all parts after 2 pumping sessions which has always washed off the marker that help you line up parts to the pumps, so now it’s a guessing game til you figure out how to put the parts back on correctly. Also the parts feel like they get wore out quick, I’ve already had my pump leak on me at least 4 times. Overall the pumps are handy and great for hands free, but the app is a while another thing. The app freeze, which makes it loose count and can’t control pump from app, until you turn pump off and back on which then make the pump session for that pump start all over again. You can only get massage mold through the app. Pairing the pumps was a little bit of a struggle to say the least, too about 20 minutes to pair both pumps because the app act like it couldn’t find the pumps. Not to mention you have to pair both pumps separately. Personally if I have to get another set of pumps I will be going with a different brand.
