I have been a gold membership for a while now and I can honestly say that I have gained so much from being a gold membership. The courses I have completed online and I’ve just started working on another course to provide myself with as much knowledge of different childcare skills and the various different SEN needs that a lot of children have, I am studying hard so that I have a good solid knowledge of different disabilities like ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Asperger’s etc. do that when it comes to being with a child that has a disability, I have a good insight into how there disability affects a child. Honestly for all those that are considering being a gold membership then just give it a try because I know you will enjoy all the benefits that come with being a gold membership. Parents have that added reassurance that we are DBS cleared etc.

I thought I bought a one month access to the gold membership - Very happy with the service as lots more candidates than other similar companies - and got our lovely nanny through the app, found it easy to use etc Was surprised when a payment went out as I thought I had made the profile closed and hadn’t signed up for a direct debit- tried to stop it but that meant shutting the account I had just paid for and therefore could not use the app… was very upset Messaged customer services and they quickest refunded me (same day) and gave me the clear instructions to close the account etc. So 5 stars to “Rick” for his prompt resolving of my issue and making me a happy customer again

I often struggle to get childcare for my two kids primarily babysitting on weekends when me and my partner want to go out. Admittedly it would be a five star rating if I didn’t have to pay a fee to access all the information, but once I paid and had access to all the numbers I found the service very good. I like the fact that it’s very clearly set out; peoples availability, their going rate and their qualifications as I personally would prefer a babysitter to have qualifications if I don’t know who they are. The fee is not too expensive if you pay for one week which gives you the opportunity to take down peoples numbers and talk to babysitters and childcare professionals before the membership runs out. I will definitely re-purchase another membership further down the line when my children need a nanny or childminder when I go back to work.
