Tiny Pixel Farm - Go Farm Life

Pros: Its a decent idle game which requires very little mental effort as the instructions are in mini-picture form. The only thing required of you is to swipe your finger across the screen and manage a farm. Very (mind-numbingly) entertaining. Cons: Game relies on ads for speed boosts and doesn't provide the speed boosts in later levels unless you're willing to spend money. Resulting in the game losing its momentum once you progress to the next level. First map is extremely fun imo, I played nonstop a few days. Once you move onto the next map its no longer worth playing. I'll explain... The ads are actually pretty useful in game. You can play a 30 second ad to speed up certain processes (like selling out all the produce in your shop and speeding up building time). If you absolutely hate ads skip this game cuz its significant to gameplay but luckily its your choice whether or not u play them. I personally don't mind, I just take a 30 sec break away from my phone and come back. BUT during the second map, you have NO help from ads and the game greatly suffers without them. Your shop sells produce unbearably slow in comparison to the rest of the game. The unbalanced mech is intended this way to encourage you to spend actual money for speed boosts. I got through the first map without spending a cent and had so much fun. Without the ads its pretty mid as I have no interest in playing any maps past the first one. Overall: If you're a completionism, play the first map to its entirety and avoid that dreaded airplane icon.

This game is very fun and is a good app to play if you are bored. But that’s the thing there’s not a lot of things you can do in the game you should be able to wake up and want to play it and it should be addicting. I suggest the company should add holiday cosmetics to encourage the players to grind and to play the game. This company should also add other animals and introduce crops in the game like carrots and potato’s that take different amounts of time varying on the level that this item is required. Any you should make it so the workers that you hire can collect wool and other goods besides grass. Over all I like this game and I think the game could over take some popular games. I downloaded this game months ago, I don’t know if I ever had the intention of playing it. I finally opened it up a few days ago out of boredom and I found a gem. The art style is really cute, and it’s simplistic without just being some blocky eyesore like other games of this nature. Gameplay is really smooth, and I’m impressed with the fact that it’s had me coming back for several days now. Although there are frequent ads, it’s not annoying at all. Each ad is really short and 90% of them are WELL worth the rewards they give (completing selling your stock, instantly completing a building, etc) That being said, I have a few critiques! 1) I like that the wild animals give something extra to the game, and act as a bonus way to make exp, but as someone with ADD, it’s a little too distracting. Even just adding an option to toggle them off would make it way easier! 2) I’m a little iffy on the fact that you have to buy extra helpers with real money, or you can’t have all your plots equipped with someone. I totally understand that you guys need to make money somehow, but with the pace of the game, it feels like there’s no point in putting anything in those plots to begin with. 3) I love that there’s no dialogue, I think it’s really unique. However, I feel like new players could easily get lost without just a little bit of direction. I didn’t realize I could hire helpers until I had three plots down already. I do really like this game, and I think the developers have done a wonderful job! I just wanted to add in a few things I noticed.
