For over 30 years TFCU has been a pillar in our family! They have taken care of many loans and financed many vehicles through the years making it so easy to keep my credit score higher than most only falling once disabled due mostly to medical bills and one write off that simply couldn’t be avoided by no fault of TFCU. Many thanks to every employee at the Moore branch even protecting me from fraud on 2 occasions! Many thanks to the call center always able to swiftly walk me through issues. The most recent mobile app changes I thought I’d never get through and the call center walked me though the new set up. I’m It took quite some time and I appreciated most that I did not feel rushed (being employed by AT&T Wireless in the Advanced Technical Support Department for 20 plus yrs. I am very aware of call centers stats mostly handle time and try to respect each employee’s time insisting I would call back to make sure I don’t have a negative impact on the person helping me, however TFCU call center employees always insist that I not call back but rather take pride in completing the call and every concern I have!) TFCU employees are trained very well with knowledge of their systems to quickly address any issue. The case of any call taking excessive time has always been something on my end by no fault of any employee! Thank you for your attention to every detail of trading your employee’s to be the best! I can’t imagine anything more important than the role your bank plays in your life! Thank you Connie Bledsoe

Unfortunately, the data associated with my accounts is not accessible in this “updated” app. I routinely make transfers to and from both of my TFCU accounts. This app does not have the accounts linked as they were in the past. I spent a lot of time searching for the way to fix this error and then filling out the required information. Then I received the message that my accounts are now locked in the app, and I’ll need to contact TFCU. So I tried accessing the info online, and this is no longer an option… all transactions must now be completed in this app… which isn’t working properly. Tried contacting TFCU directly and received the message that they are experiencing “larger call volumes than usual”. Please reactivate the former app until this one works correctly.
