TFCU Debit Card Manager

The app doesn’t work and is engineered poorly. Instead of just using your account that’s already been made and is secured and it tied to everything within Tinker, you must create a NEW account to manage your debit card. Once you figure out that you are required to create an additional account. The app then won’t recognize the correct card information, despite reading it off of the card and comparing each number to ensure every piece of information matches. The app will decide it’s wrong and will impose a time penalty for incorrect information. A 30 second penalty that only counts down while the app is open. Very poor design.

I have just started to use this app and now I know why I never tried it in the past. If you can get it to load past the blue intro page, it's very informative. I have an iPhone 16 Pro with 256 gb and it still won't load any further than the first pg. I now have to delete it and redownload each time for use. I will go back to the regular app until this is useable.
