When players highlight bugs and error in the game, the developer will ask us to accept it as what it is, though they may fix it behind the scene. However, recently there is a paid item in game which gives multiple weapons, players buy and use it, the developer came out and said its a bug, and remove any weapons which they deem to be extra from your account, even though players have paid real money for it. Refund is not being entertained, and they ban and ask players to top up to unban account when refund is being seeked from apple/google store. Dont even know what items to trust to buy in the store as they may just suddenly take it back after u paid for it by saying is a bug or an error and refuse to refund you the money. Unscrupulous developer. Whatever the developer said is right, either accept it or they will take your money and indirectly ask you to scram.

Game developers are cheats. Promotion items were being sold in the in game store however, in order to get to the pack, you will need to buy 3 other packs first. Thereafter, game developers claim that the promotion item is a mistake. They access your game account to remove the item that was bought and give you items there deemed fit as compensation. Some players decided to refund the 4 packs they bought since the item given by the developers turn out to be not what they wanted, but they got their account frozen instead. 1) how can you trust a game whereby the developers can access your account at their own will to remove items you bought with money. 2) how can you trust a game whereby they can claim what you bought is a mistake and random give u other items as compensation. 3) if the error made is a genuine mistake by game developers, why do you not allow people to refund what they have bought since it is not what they thought they will be getting? By freezing, banning the account, you are forcing people to pay up or risk losing the account altogether.
