Overall the app and product are good and easy to use. It is set up and organized nicely and it’s great having lots of storage. Only thing is it takes a long time to load and back up files, even when done in small chunks. And it drains the phone battery fast, sometimes will go through a whole, full charge and will require you to pause the backup so you can charge the phone again.

I loaded the photos and videos and it took about 4-5 hours to upload. When it was complete, I followed all the instructions. But when I put the device back in, only the videos had saved. I reached out to customer service and after a few back and forths where they instructed me where to look for the photos, I sent a screen shot showing I was looking in the right place but the photos are not there. In response, they sent me an 87 page user manual. I don’t have time to reload the photos without knowing it will work this time and will not rely on this device with this level of support to store photos long term. I’m sorry to say that I will be sharing this in a one- star review to warn other shoppers. I was really excited about this product and very disappointed that it took so much time, didn’t work, and does not have a meaningful customer support structure in place.

I thought I had charged my phone battery so I attached the Omni. I hadn’t quite enough battery to finish the downloading, my Omni had become disconnected from my phone a couple of times, I didn’t place the phone and Omni in a stationary place so it kept getting bumped….I can’t say enough good things! I would recommend this for anyone with a busy life that’s crazy like mine. I completed the download the next morning in a shorter amount of time. I love that even interrupted it was able to download and finish my pictures!!! This is a needed item for everyone who enjoys capturing beautiful moments on their phone. I will have pictures to share from my Omni !!! Yay!!! Thank you!! Now I can know these photos won’t be lost- To the person who developed the Omni….Thank you soo much!! I gave Omni to family members at Christmas….I will make sure that they USE their Omni!!! Mary
