The Melt

We come to Melt frequently, though not as much as we would like. The staff is always very kind and helpful! Everything is always clean and the food is always amazing! They top In and Out, Five Guys, or any other burger you could think of any day!

When they redesigned the app, they removed the ability to pay with Apple Pay, and on top of that the app saves your credit card to your account each time you place an order. You have to manually remove your credit card after each order you place. Previously, the app *asked* you if you wanted to do this, which I always declined because I do not trust third parties to save my sensitive information. They have a new rewards system which is slightly better, but it does not make up for the fact that they’ve removed these privacy and security features.

I’ve been ordering off the app for awhile now since there’s one close to my work & I could order & pick it up & save my whole lunch. im 3 away from my free melt but ever since this update I haven’t been able to order because of “an unexpected error” right as it’s calculating my order it’s been like this for weeks now & I’m sure I could of had two free melts by now. But this place is too good. I just want this error to be fixed because why yes a free melt is great, I would rather be able to order from work & save my time to eat. The updated style of everything is great tho, it’s much more eye appealing & You see what your ordering more or less just looks good in this new format but room for improvements.
