It’s amazing, every time i try to order online, my ultimate goal is to give this business money, so they can give me food. For some reason every other restaurant has figured out a great and seamless ordering system that is reliable, works well, doesn’t freeze up, etc etc. In 2023, the fact that this app freezes and erases my order every single time i log in is unacceptable. When this happens I then i have to quit the app, reopen it, it then shows me logged in, but my entire huge order is deleted and i have to redo it. The website isn’t any better. It’s far worse. The food is good but it’s embarrassing in this day and age that you guys can’t figure out how to make a stable and easy ordering system. Us as customers are trying to give you money, and you’re making it hard for us to do that. FIX IT.

We’ve eaten here a number of times. The food is very good. Ordering online the website encouraged us to order from the app “as the easiest way to order!” No, no it’s not. The app is buggy, couldn’t go back into a main dish and select the sides, tried going out and back in, still couldn’t get an order placed. We called out order in. I’m sure they’ll get this right eventually, as they run their business very well. But for now, sorry, the app is half baked 😉 Update: Good for you for reaching out in an effort to improve! In answer to your questions , we tried to order via the app a couple times and just phoned in our order in frustration. But no, I didn’t delete the app. We’ll try again next time we eat at Urban Plates. You guys do a great job, so we’ll trust you’re improving the app ;) Update again: Your app works so well now, I had to come back and offer kudos. Good work!

It’s been almost 3 months and this still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve tried the app and the website, I’ve tried multiple credit cards that I know work and it still has an error with processing payment. I’ve reported this through website help (with screenshots) and they say to let them know when it happens again and I do and they say the same thing over again. I’ve told the in store managers and have left my contact info and it still doesn’t work and I haven’t been contacted. It’s highly inconvenient to have to call in orders. I just called in an order and waited 12 minutes on hold before someone picked up again to take my order. Please fix the website and the app. I also cannot use the $15 credit that comes with plate pass because I cannot order online or through the app.
