I’ve worked for multiple companies large and small that have super complex benefits. No matter the company, I always found it hard to have to go to 10 different websites and remember all these different logins to access my benefits. I was given this app as an option with my new employer and it really has made everything so much easier to understand. Instead of going to the dr and having to scramble trying to find my ID card in email or other places (because let’s get real it’s 2025 physical ID cards don’t make sense when everything else is on my phone), I can easily find what I need on here quickly and in one place. Plus, it’s simple to use for people like me who aren’t tech savvy at all!
This app is extremely buggy. It’s frustrating that it automatically rotates to horizontal, when it honestly works better being vertical. You should allow us to download a pdf instead of a poor screenshot of our plan. Every time I download it blocks the boomy health and phcs portion of our id.
It helps in a way when I need my ID cards, but still I’m spending more time on the phone with insurance places just to get the information I need. Usually the I’d cards have my member and group numbers, well there important information on the back of said cards that I can’t access on the app so I have to constantly call and get it. Plus looking up doctors/therapists in my area has gone away. I can’t look up family counseling that I desperately need. I used to be able to, now it’s gone since the last update
