This app is garbage. I made an appointment and nothing happened. Nobody picked it up. I can’t cancel or renew it. This company relies on your employer paying for this and never being used. Truly if you have the misfortune of being in a situation where this is an option for you I pity you and am praying for your health because you aren’t getting support here.

Got access to this through my employer. Easy to use and beats going to urgent care when I just need meds

Just because I have insurance doesn’t mean I can get an appointment when I need to see a doctor. When I’m sick, I want to be treated day not in three weeks. Sitting in an urgent care facility or clinic is not how I prefer to spend my day not to mention I know what’s wrong with me, what’s wrong with the person sitting next to me. I tried on call and found the lyric doctor returned my call within 30 minutes, discussed with me my symptoms and issues and prescribed me the same medication. I would’ve gotten at the local clinic. At the pharmacy of my choice. The only cost I had was my monthly membership fee. And the cost of the prescription. I saved over $200 in co-pay deductible on this one visit. I will continue to use this. For the unforeseen future, as I do not believe that appointments locally I’m not gonna become more readily available. I’m a member to stay.
