Just because I have insurance doesn’t mean I can get an appointment when I need to see a doctor. When I’m sick, I want to be treated day not in three weeks. Sitting in an urgent care facility or clinic is not how I prefer to spend my day not to mention I know what’s wrong with me, what’s wrong with the person sitting next to me. I tried on call and found the lyric doctor returned my call within 30 minutes, discussed with me my symptoms and issues and prescribed me the same medication. I would’ve gotten at the local clinic. At the pharmacy of my choice. The only cost I had was my monthly membership fee. And the cost of the prescription. I saved over $200 in co-pay deductible on this one visit. I will continue to use this. For the unforeseen future, as I do not believe that appointments locally I’m not gonna become more readily available. I’m a member to stay.

So far I have used this app for myself and my son. There was a minor glitch in the video call, but when the doctor called back it was fine. I was able to get the prescriptions I needed and overall had a great experience. Would recommend.

Love this app! When sickness hits your family, sometimes it’s hard to get out and see a doctor. I had to use this app for my kids 3 times in a week! Quick and easy to get what you need at your fingertips! Saved time and money!
