I don’t really understand all the reviews on here criticizing various aspects of this app. I can’t even get it to start. Just a colorful loading screen with a spinning wheel that never gets tired of spinning. So I downloaded the app again — same problem. Why not wait until the app will actually start up before loading a new version to the App Store? Wanted to order from this restaurant tonight but looks like I’ll have to find something else. If you do decide to get your app working, it might be worth checking out the other reviews too. There seems to be a lot of major issues being reported, yet all the developer updates just say “minor bug fixes.” If you aren’t interested in making the app useable, why bother having one?
Stopped in today for just a quick bite. The two lovely people behind the counter (wish I had gotten their names) clearly care about the customer. They took the time to make everything just the way we wanted. This is a pleasant surprise to most places these days. The food was great but with this kind of service…. I will be back even sooner. (And they made sure I got my reward points!). Thank you people. Who ever you are!
I got the app for the promotion of a free appetizer and fountain drink, but it would not apply to my order. Perhaps because I couldn’t actually add a fountain drink (the location at DuPont does have a fountain drink dispenser). The staff did not know how to apply the promo either. Also, I wish there was a way to indicate how much white / red sauce you wanted instead of having to buy packets. Especially why they will add as much sauce as you want if you just order in person. I like mine extra hot, so that’s like 3 packets I have to pay for each time through the app. So right now, I’m just ordering in person. Still love the food - just the app needs some work.
