Absolutely love this place. I’ve worked at Fed-Ex for eight years and for the last year this has been my service area so I will use the app order my food and swing by and pick it up. To Ashley find something that my whole family loves is difficult this day and age. My favorite is the garlic honey chicken and ranch. Also the rice and cheeseling fries

I love bb.q as a restaurant and for the food! I’ve only had one negative experience with the restaurant itself but that’s out of many many orders. However, for the past year, the app has a glitch on their biscuit menu and after placing an order I always have to call to add on my biscuits because the app makes you choose two orders of biscuits instead of one. I’ve been using the app for about 3 or 4 yrs and this wasn’t an issue before. It’s quite annoying and ofc also count towards your rewards either. Please fix this feature as according to the workers at the location I get my food from, I’m not the only one that has to call in doing the same. Other than that, the app does run well and it’s accurate in estimating the timing and it’s easy to use.

We always make our orders on the app! We time it precisely to when we’ll get home so it’s always too easy while my husband drives and I make the orders. The food is usually ready by the time we arrive! That bbq chicken in Davie, FL is always on point! Just today, I made an order after a volleyball tournament in LA. I have only the highest expectations that our order will be correct whenever it arrives! :)
