As soon as I got this game and the boiled one was on my screen, I said oh HECK no I wanted to throw my phone out the window and I wanted to jump out of my window so bad you donโt know how much I really wanted to at least he gives us a warning when heโs going to chase you but as soon as I heard that scream, I said This is the end and that pretty woman I think thatโs why we call her. She said something about cookies I said where the flip my cookies that woman and the homeless man, I really wanted to slap the black off him I want to slap him back to last week and now I can get out the car and now my uncle is like oooh look at the pretty lady. I said pause me and my uncle take turns and as soon as I hear a noise, Iโm like no Iโm giving the phone to my uncle and as soon as he hears a noise or scream, heโs like Iโm gonna drop the phone out my hand or probably throw it out the window who just came so freaking scary and I hate this color, red looking, man, voice freaking voice itโs not even reversed now this game got me watching doctor nowhere
In a dull world like this everyone needs an escape, for some itโs food, for others is television, but for me, itโs the boiled one. This game is at the absolute peak of human creation, it mixes action with horror, and a comforting atmosphere, it seems impossible, and it probably is, but the boiled one does it anyways. If I could rate this 100 stars instead of five it STILL wouldnโt be enough to show how much I love this masterpiece, it makes me want to break down and sob every day when I remember that not everyone has gotten to experience the joy of this amazing amazing game-if you could even call it a game, itโs more of a masterpiece of art, a whole story put into one little perfect package, I donโt know how you did it, but you changed my life. Thank you.
I enjoyed this game way more than I was originally expecting; the NPCs were a big part of that. I would appreciate some more complex gameplay. I agree with some of the other reviews calling for specific missions every night. That would give the player a definitive sense of direction instead of just wandering around the house and running from the entity. What would really bring it together is if the NPCs gave us specific tasks, like when the priest tells us to recite the psalms, and we actually have to find the Bible in game and recite them, that would be cool and more engaging. Also, I would like more variety in the encounters with the entity. Eventually the random appearances and the chase mechanic (which I do like) loses its scare factor. Noises are cool but more variety in the way it presents itself to the player and how we interact with it would be nice. Sorry for the long review, I just really want this game to progress and improve because it really did surprise me.
