Everything is really nice about the app the only things that I don’t like is that there are no quick transfer options from your account to an external account. An external transfer in or out of your account takes days. And they don’t work with CashApp at all. And that’s a real bummer for me. And they also don’t have their own credit cards so I have to go elsewhere to get a line. But other than that everything is really nice and one thing that I really like in particular is that I have the ability to hide my savings account. It makes it way easier to save money with me not knowing what’s inside of it.

I’ve been using this mobile banking app for about six months, and overall, it works well. The simple design suits a banking app—straightforward and easy to navigate, which I appreciate. The app functions correctly, and I haven’t encountered any major problems. That said, there are a couple of issues. First, there’s a visual glitch when the app loads—the star icon appears cut off, which feels unpolished. More importantly, transfers between my own accounts (savings to checking and vice versa) can take up to 24 hours. In comparison, other banks handle these transactions much faster. It would be great to see improvements in this area.

Though it took me a little while to get totally comfortable with the use of the app (perhaps about 30 minutes to an hour spread over several days), everything is in a logical and easily accessible place, and the screen is laid out in such a manner that it presents one with all the regularly necessary information while neither causing visual discomfort nor cluttering.
