I have banked with Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America and NONE give the personal customer service Frost Bank gives!!! From Free Notary Service to 24/7 live phone AND chat customer service none do it better!!! Their OD protection is incredible!!! They care about their customers!!! I had an issue (an error by my employer) which caused me to go negative. I had reached my OD limit but when my monthly auto insurance payment tried to clear, Frost bank recognized it was an insurance payment and took into consideration how important it was to be paid so my coverage would not be canceled and paid it! No other bank in existence has an approval system on that personal level and a genuine care for their customers!! ❤️ My father banked with Frost, I bank with frost and my children will bank with Frost, now and forever.

I was having breakfast with my sisters one day. My phone rang, I said oh it’s Frostman my sister the oldest quickly responded. Don’t answer that it’s a scam. I said no it’s not it’s Frost Bank. I recognize her phone number. She said no bank never calls you that’s when the other three sisters, made their comments and said she’s right don’t answer it a bank never calls you and I said my bank does she said who do you banquet? I said Frost Bank they always call whenever they see something that just doesn’t seem right. They call me personally and ask me they couldn’t believe it. I told him we’ve been banking with Frost bank for years.
