This is the most frustrating app. It constantly gets to checkout then tells you to remove a bunch of items from your bag even though it said initially they were available. Then on the payment page it constantly declines transactions, saying the delivery details are incomplete (they’re not) and I just have to keep refreshing and trying again until finally on about the fifth time the Target gods finally decide to let the transaction go through. Never try to use a gift card on it or it’ll just eat your gift card money then say the transaction couldn’t be processed, which then means a long phone call and days of waiting for it to come back into your gift card (in my case it didn’t and eventually I got a cash refund because it was explained to me that sometimes it refunds automatically and sometimes it doesn’t). If it wasn’t for the stamps/regards I’d completely give up on trying to use the app.

Has the potential to be a great app if the bugs can be sorted out. Search function is pretty quick and easy to use. Payment process is full of bugs - forcing multiple sign-ins even after being signed in. Sending bank verification details but as soon as you exit the app it returns you to the checkout page and you cannot complete payment. Checking purchase history often requires a password sign-in but then the email field is blank. I usually have to jump between the app and a web browser as a work-around

This is not okay I ordered with gift card spent almost $200 just for it to keep taking me back to the payment page even though I’d already paid it stole Almost $200 off me! Saying gift card has $1 now An that’s not okay as a teen mum (16) who already struggles sometimes with money I thought target would be a good place to purchase my daughters an little brothers Christmas presents but no I was wrong I have had a good experience with target in the past so I will give them the benefit of doubt if I get my money back then yes I will shop with target again but as a teen mum I can’t be loosing money like this if I don’t receive my funds I’ll have no choice but to avoid target which I really don’t want customer service has been okay so far I got told yesterday it would take upto 48 hours to be back in the card it’s been 3 days an still nothing I went to them again today an was told they were going to try solve the issue so hopefully they do
