I stumbled upon the Subconsciously app about a year ago and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the hypnosis offerings. I was initially seeking hypnosis support after I made the decision to totally give up alcohol. I was not a big drinker but because of my health issues, I knew I had to totally commit to an alcohol free life. The hypnosis offered through Subconsciously has been instrumental in helping me almost effortlessly change my mindset and attitude about alcohol. As we all know, alcohol is promoted everywhere. Before using the Subconsciously app, I felt deprived when socializing without imbibing. I can’t explain how or why but after committing to listening to the alcohol related recordings, my mindset has totally changed and I don’t feel the least bit tempted to drink. I hardly give alcohol a thought anymore. I’ve found the Subconsciously app to be incredibly powerful and instrumental to my success. I’ve since added the anxiety reduction and sleep readiness recordings to my routine. I’m totally impressed with the quality of all the recordings. Thank you to the developers of this fantastic app for improving my health and wellness with these very professional and effective hypnosis recordings. They have truly changed my life!

The cost for the app is absurd considering you only get 1 track for an entire month. That’s $29 a month for the same recording. All the descriptions under Manifesting are the exact same for all the wrath recordings and you have no idea how long they are until you’ve selected it. It’s insane to pay $29 for a 14 min track with a generic description. This is ridiculous.
