Strack and Van til has been our favorite grocery store in town for years. I hope HyVee continues to be the same
If you have an app, and you offer coupons on it, it should work. This app doesn’t work when you’re in the store. It’s a constant problem. I have gone to the customer service desk and had to have them give me the coupons manually because it just doesn’t work ever!
Slooowww. Still slow after most recent updating. Drops information. After paying for the order, you cannot add to the order. You have to start a whole new order. So you end up having additional separate orders. When the shopper is shopping your order you can’t see the progress. I think the Store employees hate doing this. No one knows how to add a tip. I’ve even asked the shoppers. I’ve asked people in the store. Nobody knows. Guys, either do it right or don’t do it at all. You charge ridiculous amounts for the groceries. The least you could do is have a decent app.
