If you’ve played Spellstone that’s essentially what you’re getting, just, not cartoony more generic fantasy. Just like Spellstone the late game cards are objectively better than the cards you get early so don’t expect to be able to play against other players unless they’re also using the starter cards. All the sets past the first set cost a premium currency, though you can easily grind that currency it just means that later sets are way harder to actually obtain, and also this premium currency is also used for the actually good heroes and also things like shop rerolls and extra slots for opening chests. Don’t expect to make progress fast. It’s like, yet another casual grind-core card game. The game occasionally bugs out on loading screens but otherwise runs fine. All in all, a completely middle of the road game. It’s not exceptional but it’s not unplayable. Also I don’t know what game they’re showing off in the screenshots but the game does not look like that at all. I kind of wish it did though that art style is a bit easier to read as a card game.

I normally only play pretty mindless games like idle games, simple racing games, or sudoku and solitaire. But this game is beyond addicting and I love it. I haven’t ran into a single ad and I’m a few hours into playing, the game has an in depth story to it if you want to pay attention to it, there’s tons of ways to personalize how it plays overall… I could go on and on but basically it’s a great way to get into this genre of games and really makes them easy to understand. I would recommend to anyone to at least try it, it only takes maybe 2 minutes tops to really get into the core of the game… love it!

Absolutely free to play the game is generous with rewards you can play a tourney every 3 hours for free. Endless dungeon runs for building up a hero while getting your chests. All the chests have their own timer so you get to open them all when you log back on not just one chest at a time like other games which makes it fun. You don’t get to control the battles like other games it’s kind of like auto chess in that way just build your deck and hope for the best. I have won and lost some matches due to luck and card order but since I just started playing this week there is still lots to explore and learn about the game. You will play against people with very established decks and equipment but unlike other games where there is a wall you can develop in this game through campaign and coliseum if you don’t like pvp which I think is a real plus. Overall fun CCG that plays out the matches free so try and see if you like it.
