App keeps telling me I’m not connected to the Internet, which is incorrect. Also, self report steps won’t sync to challenge boards.
I have no idea what happened in the app between last year when I did a challenge and this year, but the app is close to unusable for me. Nothing loads, I can’t access or see messages in the chat, even though my Fitbit account is connected my steps won’t upload, I can’t edit my step goal… the list goes on. Very frustrating because last year the app worked great. What happened?
Every time I tried to make an account I’d get error messages, tried everything to fix it. Support never responded either Updated: got a response from support and they gave me access to my account. App definitely has some glitches to overcome, but seems to work okay once you’re in
