SSBeauty: Beauty Shopping App

We ordered the NARS Foundation (shade Macao) from SS Beauty, and they completely screwed up by sending the Punjab shade. Since 17th October, we’ve been stuck running behind them like fools. After endless calls, they somehow managed to approve the return — but even then, the delivery boy didn’t bother to come. We had to raise the return request again because of their useless service. On 10th November, they finally picked the product up, and even after that, it still hasn’t reached SS Beauty. Their mistake, their wrong product, but our money is stuck for over a month. And till today, they haven’t given even a basic solution. Honestly, the level of carelessness and unprofessionalism from SS Beauty is pathetic.

This app has quickly become my go-to for all things beauty!
